ICU is a security system service that was struggling to get their service across without a face-to-face consultation. Security at the level ICU offer can be perceived as a complicated decision and often difficult to establish what solution is best suited. After a successful workshop with ABC, a brand summary was created. This allowed ICU to get their message and individuality across in one short animation, saving customers from being overwhelmed with copy. Not only did the owner of ICU feel more comfortable with his brand mission statement, but he was also able to use his new animation as a key call to action at the top of the ICU homepage.
